Sandra De Vito Bieri has been elected as Member of the Special Committee of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution (SCAI), with effect from 1 January 2021. In addition to the Special Committee, Sandra has been a member of the SCAI Arbitration Court since 2012. Sandra is a Partner and Co-Head of the Arbitration Practice at Bratschi in Zurich. She has particular experience in the finance, energy, telecom industries in disputes arising from M&A transactions, license, joint venture and agency agreements. Sandra regularly sits as an arbitrator and has been recognized by Legal500, Chambers Global and Who’s Who Legal as a persuasive first-rate arbitrator.
