Samantha Munroe Awarded A 2023 Higginbotham Fellowship by the American Arbitration Association (AAA)

Samantha L. Munroe, Esq., LL.M. was awarded a 2023 Higginbotham Fellowship by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), effective 1 April 2023. She currently works at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where she negotiates, awards and manages complex construction projects. Samantha earned her Advanced LL.M. in European & International Business Law at Universiteit Leiden (The Netherlands), completed an internship at the ICC Paris and is an alumna of the Vis Moot (Vienna). Samantha spoke at Stanford Law School’s Annual 2012 Conference on Arbitration, discussing issues of fairness in B2C arbitration in the U.S.
