Oksana Karel has been appointed to the Young Practitioners Subcommittee of the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge

Oksana Karel has been appointed to the Young Practitioners Subcommittee of the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge with effect from May 2020. Based in Kyiv, Oksana is Counsel, Co-Head of International Litigation and Arbitration and a Member of the German Desk at Arzinger. She specialises in international investment and commercial arbitration, with particular focus on the agroindustrial, energy and financial sectors. Oksana is an ambassador to the ICC Belt and Road Commission. In 2020 Oksana was named as an Up and Coming Lawyer in International Dispute Resolution by Chambers Global. Oksana is admitted to practice in Ukraine and speaks English, French, German, Russian and Ukrainian.
