Nicole Duclos Named Head of Covington & Burling’s Latin America Initiative
Nicole Duclos, an international arbitration partner at Covington & Burling in New York, has been named Head of Covington & Burling’s Latin America initiative, effective June 2022. Nicole will coordinate the Latin America efforts of Covington colleagues who chair the corporate, white collar, public policy, and arbitration practices at the firm. Dual-qualified in Chile and New York, her two-decade old career in arbitration spans multiple industries, including construction, energy, mining, agroindustry, and finance. Nicole has been recognised in major professional rankings, such as Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, and Who’s Who Legal.
