ArbitralWomen Board Director Nesreen Osman has been shortlisted for Construction Next Generation Partner of the Year at the Legal 500 MENA Awards 2026. Partner at Pinsent Masons in Dubai, Nesreen specialises in construction, energy and infrastructure disputes. She has practised in the Middle East for 13 years prior to which she qualified and practised in the United Kingdom. She routinely advises clients on complex and high value arbitration and court proceedings across the GCC and further afield. Nesreen also sits as an arbitrator for institutions such as the ICC, DIAC and ArbitrateAD. She is recognised for Construction in Legal 500, Chambers & Partners, Doyles Guide and Lexology Index.
Each year ArbitralWomen provides support to a number of Teams who participate in dispute resolution competitions, such as the Vis or Vis East International Arbitration Moot by covering their registration fee.
