Laurie E. Foster, FCIArb has launched a new practice as an independent arbitrator, Foster Resolution, effective 1 October 2020. Laurie was previously a partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP in its international arbitration group. She has decades of experience in complex commercial domestic and international arbitrations. Laurie is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and previously served as Co-Chair of the ABA International Section – International Arbitration Committee. She is listed on the rosters of ICDR, AAA, and WIPO.
