Kirstin Dodge has joined legal funder Nivalion AG as Head of the Americas, responsible for Nivalion’s legal funding activities in the United States, Canada and Latin American countries, with effect from 1 May 2021. Prior to joining Nivalion, Kirstin spent over 14 years as Special Counsel for International Litigation and Arbitration at the Zurich law firm Homburger and served as a Member of the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution (SCAI) Arbitration Court. Before relocating to Switzerland, Kirstin was a commercial litigator in the United States, where she was a Partner at the Seattle-based law firm Perkins Coie.
