Julie Spinelli joins Parisian boutique firm as partner

Julie Spinelli has joined the partnership of Le 16 Law, Paris, a dispute resolution boutique, after two years as a senior associate at Derains & Gharavi and eight years at Freshfields in Paris. Julie has acted as counsel in numerous commercial and investment arbitration proceedings conducted under all major sets of arbitration rules and governed by various procedural and substantive laws. She also regularly represents clients in annulment, enforcement and arbitration-related proceedings before French courts. Fluent in English and French, and a member of the Paris bar, Julie has acted as arbitrator and administrative secretary in domestic and international commercial arbitration proceedings. Julie is listed by Who’s Who Legal as a Future Leader in international arbitration (2018 and 2019).
