Julia Grothaus has been promoted to partner at Linklaters with effect from 1 May 2020. Based in Frankfurt, Julia has a breadth of experience acting on behalf of corporates and financial services institutions in connection with a range of contentious matters, particularly post-M&A and corporate disputes and competition litigation. She has been involved in numerous arbitration cases across various sectors, including automotive, banks, asset management/private equity, consumer, industrials and tech. Julia holds a PhD from the University of Cologne and is admitted to the German Bar. She speaks English and German.
