Johanna Büstgens has been promoted to counsel at Hanefeld in Hamburg, effective 1 January 2023. Fluent in German and English, Johanna’s arbitration practice focuses on energy law, construction & engineering, international trade and distribution law and international commercial and sales law. Besides her counsel work, Johanna acts as arbitrator and administrative secretary to arbitral tribunals. Furthermore, Johanna is a Co-Chair of the German Arbitration Institute’s young arbitrators group (DIS40).
