Jennifer Haworth McCandless has joined the partnership of Baker Botts in Washington, DC, effective 1 August 2023, along with three other colleagues. Jennifer serves as legal counsel on complex, high-stakes international arbitration cases, focusing, in particular, on investor-state arbitration. Her cases span the full range of economic sectors, including electricity, mining, oil and gas, real estate development, infrastructure, and financial services, and cover the globe, with a particular emphasis on the Americas.
