Isabel Fernández de la Cuesta is launching a new firm, Fernández de la Cuesta Arbitration, effective 17 April 2023, primarily to serve as independent arbitrator, and to act as counsel in selected international arbitration cases. Isabel is an experienced arbitrator in international commercial disputes. As counsel, she has 20 years of experience advising clients in international disputes, including both commercial and treaty arbitrations with host governments. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Isabel focuses on disputes in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and continental Europe in a variety of sectors and industries. Isabel has been recognised by notable professional rankings such as Who’s Who Legal and Law360.
