Iryna Akulenka has been appointed as Regional Representative of the RAA40 for Dubai with effect from January 2020. Based in Dubai, Iryna is a Managing Consultant at HKA working predominantly on the preparation of contractual claims and defences, dispute work and various ADR matters. She is a qualified engineer and has particular expertise in respect of the infrastructure, engineering & construction, oil & gas, and energy sectors. Iryna is Vice Chair of the UAE Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and a Fellow of the CIArb. She serves as an arbitrator and is listed on the panels of a number of arbitral institutions. Iryna speaks English, Russian and Belarusian.
