Iryna Akulenka has been appointed to the Global Advisory Board of ICDR Y&I with effect from February 2020. Iryna is a Managing Consultant at HKA, Dubai. She is a qualified engineer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), with particular expertise in respect of the energy, engineering & construction, infrastructure and oil & gas sectors. She serves as an arbitrator and is listed on the panels of a number of arbitral institutions. Iryna is Vice Chair of the UAE Branch of the CIArb and Regional Representative of the RAA40 for Dubai. She speaks English, Russian and Belarusian.
