Ila Kapoor, a Disputes Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas in New Delhi, has joined the SIAC Court, effective 30 April 2025. Ila represents clients in complex commercial and investment treaty disputes and has acted as counsel in international arbitrations across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, healthcare, and hospitality. She is recognised as a Global Leader by Who’s Who Legal (2023, 2024 and 2025) and is ranked by “Chambers & Partners” for 2024 and 2025.
