Ila Kapoor, Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas in New Delhi, has been appointed Co-Chair of the International Commercial Arbitration Case Law Subcommittee of the IBA Arbitration Committee, effective 1 January 2026. Ila represents clients in complex international and domestic arbitrations across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, healthcare, hospitality, and telecom, under rules including ICSID, ICC, SIAC, and UNCITRAL. She is recognised as a Global Leader by Who’s Who Legal 2023, 2024 and 2025 and is ranked by “Chambers & Partners” for 2024 and 2025.
