Heidi Merikalla-Teir has been appointed as the new Managing Partner of the Finnish law firm Merilampi Attorneys Ltd. as of 1 June 2019. Previously, Heidi served as the Secretary General of the Arbitration Institute of the Finland Chamber of Commerce (FAI) and as the Director of the Dispute Resolution Services at the Finland Chamber of Commerce, and a member of its executive team. Heidi has significant domestic and international arbitration, litigation and mediation experience. In addition to acting as counsel, she serves as arbitrator and mediator. She is a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
