Fatima Balfaqeeh has joined the ICC-UAE board of directors as a board member with effect from 20 June 2019. Fatima is the Managing Director of RKAH Consultancy and specializes in dispute avoidance services and alternative dispute resolution, having spent 15 years in relevant roles in UAE government entities. A certified arbitrator and mediator, she specializes in commercial matters, construction disputes, FM and asset management disputes. Fatima is a member in the UAE Branch of the CIArb and a panel mediator on the RICS global panel. She is actively involved with several UAE local and international arbitration centers.
