Fatima A. Malik has joined Fietta LLP as a Staff Attorney, effective July 2023. Fluent in English and in Urdu, Fatima is admitted to practice in England & Wales and High Courts of Pakistan. Her practice covers a broad range of commercial and constitutional litigation and international arbitration experience in both the United Kingdom and Pakistan. She has particular experience handling high value disputes with a focus on the energy, oil & gas, mining, technology, and social media sectors. Fatima is also the Secretary for the Pakistan Chapter of the International Law Association and Treasurer of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators’ Pakistan Branch.
