Erica Franzetti Launches Independent Arbitrator and Counsel Practice

Erica Franzetti has left the partnership at King & Spalding to practice as an independent arbitrator and counsel, effective January 2026. She brings 25 years of civil and common law experience in high stakes commercial and investment disputes across the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors, among others. Erica has handled numerous multi billion dollar disputes and has served as arbitrator in more than a dozen proceedings, including as chair. She has acted under the rules of the ICC, ICDR, LCIA, ICSID, and other leading institutions, works in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and has earned top rankings from Chambers, Legal 500, Lexology, and others.
