Elizabeth Oger-Gross has been appointed as Secretary for Subcommittee C of the Lagos Court of Arbitration’s Arbitration Committee, with effect from 1 January 2021. Subcommittee C is in charge of scrutinizing the institution’s current arbitration rules and making recommendations thereupon. Elizabeth is a partner at White & Case in Paris where she specializes in international arbitration. She is both common-law and civil-law qualified and has been recognized by Chambers Europe as an Up & Coming Lawyer, by the Legal 500 as a Next Generation Partner, and by Who’s Who Legal as a Future Leader.
