Dorothee Ruckteschler has launched her own practice as an independent arbitrator, effective 1 October 2020. Dorothee previously served as the international arbitration practice head at CMS from 2014 to 2018 where she worked for almost three decades. She focuses her arbitration practice on corporate disputes as well as disputes in the energy sector. Dorothee serves as the alternate member of the ICC Court of Arbitration, representing Germany since 2018.
