Advisory Council member Donna Ross has been named to the Diversity Committee of the Australian Centre for International Arbitration (ACICA), effective November 2022. Fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Italian, Donna is admitted to practice in Australia and New York. Her practice focuses on preventive dispute resolution, managing business relationships, business restructuring, and advising clients and counsel on American, French and international law. She has experience in a number of sectors, including private equity investments, employment, partnership and shareholders agreements, import, distribution and agency agreements, derivative actions, malpractice and health care.
