Diana Tsutieva has been promoted to Partner at Foley Hoag LLP, effective 1 January 2023. Diana is dual-qualified (U.S. and France) and carries extensive experience in complex investment arbitrations, international commercial arbitration, and public international law matters. Diana has successfully represented several states in multiple investment treaty arbitrations, as well as in disputes involving sovereignty claims and maritime and land boundary delimitations. Diana has been recognised by Who’s Who Legal as a Future Leader in arbitration.
