Diana Paraguacuto-Mahéo has been appointed Managing Partner of Foley Hoag’s Paris office, since June 2022. Diana also leads Foley Hoag’s Paris Litigation and International Arbitration practice. Diana represents clients in investment disputes around the world and acts as counsel in international commercial arbitrations across a range of industries. She is a member of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC, co-president of the ICC’s Task Force on Emergency Arbitration, and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Sciences Po Paris and Université Paris II Panthéon Assas. Diana is continuously named in Who’s Who Legal Arbitration as one of the world’s leading practitioners.
