Daniela Franchini Appointed to Swiss Arbitration Centre’s Arbitration Court
Daniela Franchini has been appointed to the Swiss Arbitration Centre's Arbitration Court, effective 1 July 2022. Daniela is a partner at Tavernier Tschanz in Geneva where she has worked since 2009. Daniela acts as counsel, arbitrator, and arbitral secretary and assists parties in annulments proceedings against arbitral awards before the Swiss Supreme Court. Her cases relate among others to M&A, joint venture, distribution, licensing, service agreements, and international sales disputes. Daniela has experience in the telecommunications, trading, construction, energy, infrastructures, automobile, aircraft, shipbuilding, robotics and pharma industries. She speaks five languages and is a member of the Swiss bar.
