Dana MacGrath, President of ArbitralWomen, was appointed to the Advisory Council of the Rising Arbitrators Initiative (RAI) in April 2021. She serves as an independent arbitrator and a member the Council of the American Arbitration Association / International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA/ICDR). She has decades of experience representing clients in international arbitrations, including as a partner at Sidley Austin LLP. She also has experience in arbitration finance as an investment manager and legal counsel at Omni Bridgeway. Dana is a member of the Steering Committee of the ERA Pledge and Racial Equality for Arbitration Lawyers (REAL).
