Caroline Falconer Appointed Secretary General of the SCC Arbitration Institute

General of the SCC Arbitration Institute, effective 17 January 2023. Caroline has lengthy experience in dispute resolution both in law firms and the energy industry, having served as a former senior legal counsel for the Swedish state-owned energy company Vattenfall. A Swedish national, Caroline is a co-founder of the Swedish Women in Arbitration Network (SWAN) and president of the Swedish Corporate Lawyers’ Association.
