Ayse Lowe has been promoted as Global Head of Origination at Bench Walk Advisors based in London, effective 1 October 2021. She has extensive experience in the litigation funding industry where she originates, underwrites, and monitors funding in various litigation sectors including international and commercial arbitration amongst others. Ayse has been recognized as a Thought Leader in Third Party Funding for Who’s Who Legal and has won multiple awards for her work as a funder. She regularly publishes on litigation funding and has been active in drafting rules and regulations on third party funding.
