Ava Borrasso has been re-elected to the Executive Committee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators - North America Branch and to the Board of Directors, effective 1 January 2022. Ava is an independent arbitrator and litigator focusing on international and domestic commercial arbitration and litigation. She has 30 years of experience in complex commercial disputes, having previously served as Partner in an international arbitration boutique for nearly a decade. Ava has particular experience of international distribution and trade agreements, financial services agreements, franchise agreements, business torts and real property disputes. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
