Ava Borrasso and Deborah Mastin elected as directors of the North America Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators

Ava Borrasso has been elected as a director of the North America Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). Ava is the principal of Ava J. Borrasso, P.A. based in Miami, Florida and serves as arbitrator and counsel focused on international commercial disputes. Ava is a Fellow of CIArb, a panel member of the ICDR and the AAA complex commercial panel and a registered ICC member. Ava has been recognised by Legal 500 Latin America, Best Lawyers of America, Legal Elite and Super Lawyers. Deborah Mastin has been elected as a director of the North America Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). Based in Miami, Deborah is an experienced arbitrator and mediator specialising in construction, real estate, government procurement, and energy disputes. She is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers, the College of Commercial Arbitrators, the CIArb, and the Dispute Board Federation. She is a Florida Bar Board Certified Construction Lawyer and a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit court mediator.
