Anya Marinkovich has been appointed to the Global Advisory Board of ICDR Y&I with effect from February 2020. Anya is an associate at Bär & Karrer, Geneva where she focuses on international arbitration, commercial contract and cross-border disputes. She is admitted to the California Bar and serves as counsel, arbitrator and tribunal secretary. She speaks English and French and has civil and common law training, holding a Master in Business and Tax Law from the University of Neuchâtel and a JD from Santa Clara University.
