Annabel Maltby has been promoted to Counsel at Hogan Lovells in London, with effect from 1 January 2021. Annabel focuses her practice on complex international arbitration disputes. She works with clients from a range of industries, including life sciences and health care, energy, and financial services. She has experience of JV disputes, post M&A disputes, disputes arising out of complex financing transactions, license agreements, concession agreements and long-term supply agreements as well as general contractual disputes. Annabel has been recognized as a Rising Star in International Arbitration by the Legal 500.
