Andrea Roth has been promoted to partner effective 1 January 2025 at Wartmann Merker in Zurich. Andrea has been working as a litigation lawyer for more than twelve years. She represents companies and individuals before courts and arbitral tribunals in all areas of commercial law. Andrea also regularly acts as an arbitrator in international and domestic arbitration proceedings.
