Tina is on the panels/rosters of WIPO, DIAC, SCCA,  SIAC,  KiAC, FINRA, CPR, New Era ADR, Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the DC Bar Attorney-Client Arbitration Board.

Tina is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and a member of the CIArb North America Branch (NAB). She is also a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and the  African Association of Arbitrators (AfAA). She serves on the Council of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution and as Co-Chair of the ABA Section of State, Local and Tribal Government Judicial and ADR Committee. She is a former Planning Board Commissioner with the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC).

She has been featured in several publications, including the Association for Conflict Resolution's ACResolution magazine, the AAA Mediation Magazine, the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution Just Resolutions newsletter, the U.S. Geospatial Foundation's Trajectory magazine, the Society for Case Research Business Case Journal, and two CPR Institute practice resources developed through the Employment ADR Templates Development Task Force.

She served as a Judge at the 33rd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna (2026).
