I have been acting as counsel in several arbitration proceedings under ICC Rules of Arbitration and the Arbitration Rules of VIAC (Vienna Rules), CIETAC Arbitration Rules and UNCITRAL Ad-hoc arbitration rules. I have also been acting as sole arbitrator under the ICC-Rules and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. I am Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators and am chairing the European Chinese Arbitrators Association.
