Teaching
o During the academic year of 2024-2025) October 2024, member of the academic staff of Istanbul Yeditepe University Faculty of Law as a lecturer. Teaching the course titled International Business Transactions I and II to the graduating class, a mandatory course for the graduating class in both semesters. Topics covered include the Vienna Convention on the sales of goods, Incoterms® rules, trade usages, Unidroit principles, M&A transactions, and dispute resolution.
