Other Information

As a Swiss qualified lawyer, I act as counsel, arbitrator and secretary to the arbitral tribunal in a multitude of arbitration proceedings, presenting numerous combinations of the major arbitral seats, substantive laws, arbitration rules, and arbitral procedures.

I also provide pre-arbitration advice, assist parties in post-arbitral annulment and enforcement proceedings, and support other arbitration practitioners in the effective management of arbitration proceedings.

Before focusing on international arbitration, I developed my expertise in general corporate law and commercial contracts.
