I am a damages expert with a particular interest in industries with the potential to bring positive change to humanity, including space, technology and blockchain. As an independent expert, I lead matters involving complex hypothetical scenarios supported by in‑depth financial and accounting analysis, and collaborate with technical and construction colleagues to deliver a joined‑up solution. I combine client care with the technical excellence and integrity essential for expert evidence.
With over a decade in disputes, I have been instructed as the named expert in both arbitration and litigation. I am recognised in the Lexology Index as a Global Elite Thought Leader in Arbitration (‘Under 45 – Expert Witnesses 2025’), listed in Arbitration Future Leaders – Expert Witnesses 2024 and 2025, and as Arbitration Expert Witness – Recommended in 2026. I have also acted as a No. 2 to testifying experts on over 50 cases.
My experience in forensic accounting, valuations, and damages assessment spans:
- industries (notably aerospace and defence (including space), technology, financial services, and energy),
- size (between $10 million and $5 billion), and
- fora (LCIA, ICC, ICSID, SCC, PCA, ADCCAC, SIAC arbitrations, and UK High Court, US courts, and Swiss courts litigations).
My language skills enable seamless client engagement and provide an insider perspective on commercial relationships in Central and Eastern Europe. I focus on understanding clients’ needs and delivering clear, practical, problem‑focused results through technical complexity.
