Following limitations on enforcement of intra-EU arbitration awards within the EU, parties increasingly seek recognition in the United States and the United Kingdom. This program analyzes how courts in these jurisdictions address such awards in energy disputes.  Participants will gain practical insight into enforcement strategies, procedural considerations, and litigation risks. The program will also compare transatlantic approaches and assess their impact on future arbitration practice.
