ArbitralWomen: Multilingual Arbitrations - Challenges and Aspects of Arbitrations in Different Languages
As arbitration continues to expand across jurisdictions, multilingual proceedings have become increasingly common bringing both opportunities and complexity. This ArbitralWomen panel at Singapore Convention Week brings together experienced practitioners, arbitrators, experts and institutional representatives to explore the practical, legal, and strategic challenges arising from arbitrations conducted in multiple languages. The session will open with an introduction by Alexandra Einfeld, ArbitralWomen Country Representative, setting the scene for a timely discussion on linguistic diversity in international dispute resolution. Moderated by Yuet Min Foo (Drew & Napier), the panel will feature insights from a distinguished group of speakers: Clemency Wang (White & Case), Joyce Tay (HKA), Wang Xuanxhong (SIAC), and Anne Secomb (Arbitrator).
