Noradèle Radjai has been appointed as Vice-President of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), effective 1 January 2026, after several years serving on the Board and its Executive Committee.  Partner in International Arbitration at LALIVE, Noradèle acts as counsel, advocate and arbitrator in both commercial and investment arbitration and has been involved in about 100 international arbitration proceedings.  She currently serves as Vice-Chair of the IBA Arab Regional Forum, and as a member of the ICC Arbitration Commission and the Steering Committee of the ERA Pledge.  She is dual-qualified in Switzerland and England & Wales and routinely advises clients in the Middle East.
