Chimdimma Onyedebelu has been promoted to Vice President, Commercial at the American Arbitration Association (AAA), effective October 27, 2025. Based in Houston, she now leads regional commercial strategy across 5 U.S. states, and co-leads the AAA-ICDR’s national energy sector team, where she focuses on user engagement and industry outreach across the energy industry. She is a Nigerian-qualified lawyer with an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from the University of Missouri–Columbia. She currently serves as Chair of the ADR Committee of the Houston Young Lawyers Association and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Institute for Energy Law.
Each year ArbitralWomen provides support to a number of Teams who participate in dispute resolution competitions, such as the Vis or Vis East International Arbitration Moot by covering their registration fee.
