Anaïs Harlé Appointed as Co-Chair of the French Arbitration Committee’s Under-40 Group CFA40

Anaïs Harlé has been appointed as a Co-Chair of the French Arbitration Committee’s under-40 group (CFA40) for a three-year term, effective 30 September 2025.  A Counsel in White & Case’s arbitration team in Paris, Anaïs represents States and corporations in investment and commercial arbitrations under various arbitration rules (ICSID, ICC, SCC, LCIA, UNCITRAL) and in arbitration-related proceedings before French courts.  Her practice focuses on construction and energy disputes in Africa, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.  She has a keen interest in offshore and coastal projects, as well as issues related to marine renewable energy and seabed governance.  Anaïs has also worked on disputes in the mining, hospitality, aviation, retail and M&A sectors.
