Tong Wang was appointed Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee – Dispute Resolution Section of the New York State Bar Association, effective June 1, 2024. Tong is a corporate/transactional attorney with over 20 years of experience advising technology clients in the Greater New York area. She started T. Wang Law P.C. four years ago, focusing on corporate, commercial, tech M&A, and neutral practice. Tong is regularly selected to serve as an arbitrator and mediator for complex U.S. domestic and international commercial disputes and is a frequent speaker concerning arbitration and ADR. Tong taught and practiced law in China in her early career.
