Shaparak Saleh has moved to Three Crowns as a partner in its Paris office, effective 1 January 2022. Shaparak focuses her practice on international commercial arbitrations, particularly in the post-M&A, construction, energy, aeronautics, space, telecommunications, food, chemicals, and pharmaceutical industries. She regularly acts as counsel and also sits as arbitrator, including as chairperson. Shaparak also has broad experience in pre- and post-arbitration litigation before French courts. She has been recognized as a Global Leader in Who’s Who Legal and lectures at Sciences Po Paris and Paris II – Pantheon-Assas universities. Shaparak is admitted in Paris and speaks French, English, Italian, and Persian.
