Shanelle Irani, a current member of the Board of ArbitralWomen, has been promoted to counsel in WilmerHale’s International Arbitration Practice Group in London, effective January 2025. Shanelle has represented clients in arbitrations under a variety of institutional rules (including ICC, SIAC, LCIA and DIAC rules) and in ad hoc arbitrations seated in various jurisdictions across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. She has particular experience in M&A, joint venture, intellectual property, mining and construction disputes.
