Sarah Monnerville Smith has been appointed as Co-Chair of CFA-40, the French Arbitration Committee’s group below 40, effective 8 June 2022. Sarah is a Counsel at Eversheds Sutherland in Paris, where she represents corporations, financial institutions, States and State entities in complex cross border litigation and international arbitration matters. Her experience covers a broad range of business sectors with a focus on the industrial, energy and financial services disputes across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. She has a particular expertise in the enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign judgements as well as in economic sanctions. She is a member of the Paris Bar and speaks French, English, and Spanish.
