Samantha Rowe has been appointed to the Executive Board of ICDR Y&I with effect from February 2020. Based in London, Samantha is a partner in the International Dispute Resolution and Business Integrity Groups at Debevoise & Plimpton, London. She specialises in international arbitration and public international law. Samantha is admitted to practice in England and Wales and New York. She is recognised for her expertise by Who’s Who Legal and the Legal 500, and was recently named to The Lawyer’s Hot 100 list and awarded UK and Commercial Arbitration Rising Star Awards at the Euromoney Legal Media Group Europe Rising Star Awards.
