Salma El-Nashar has joined Rizkana & Partners in Cairo as a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice, effective 1 May 2024. Salma has experience in litigation and arbitration across a wide range of industry sectors including real estate, infrastructure, construction, shareholders, commercial and contractual disputes, and she has handled contentious matters under several jurisdictions in the Middle East. Salma has served as counsel and tribunal secretary in arbitration proceedings. She speaks French, English and Arabic. She is a member of the IBA Mediation and International Construction Projects Committees.
